After meeting with numerous roofing contractors to get estimates for a full roof replacement, I made the decision to go with Mass-Tech Roofing. They were not among the most expensive I estimates I received, but they were not the cheapest either. However, their warranty was the best out of everyone and the materials they used were the same as the companies that gave me the high dollar estimates. What really sealed the deal for me was Jeff, the representative that came to my home and went over the job with me. He explained everything in great detail, gave me his opinion on what the house needed, what should be changed and what could be done to improve the performance and longevity of my roof. All with different price structures depending on what I wanted to have done. Sounds like basic stuff that would normally come with an estimate? But no one else that I dealt with took the time to put it together like Jeff did. When the crew came out they were able to do the entire job in one day (shocked me!). They worked efficiently, cleanly and were super well organized. I can’t say enough good things about them and have already passed on the companies name to a couple other people looking to have the same thing done in the near future. My once questionable roof is now something I no longer need to stress out about every time the weather gets bad and I couldn’t be happier!

Costi and his team at Mass-Tech roofers are the most professional team I’ve ever hired. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I am a trustee and owner for a 10-unit condo building in Plymouth. We have a mansard roof that wraps around 3 sides of our building, a total of 10×260 feet worth of roofing. The contractor who rehabbed this building in 2006 did a terrible job. The roof was prematurely failing and losing shingles. One of our units was dealing with a leak. We priced the job out with 5 different roofers. Some of the other roofers were 2X the cost of Mass-Tech. Price is only one factor. Costi and his team were by far the most communicative. Our building is also a very challenging project that needed 3rd floor pump staging, carpentry work at the 3rd floor level, and the installation of a roof hatch. Mass-Tech did a truly outstanding job in a timely manner. As the project neared the end, the leak (not the fault of Mass-Tech) turned bad during a rain storm. Costi and his team were out within hours doing a patch for us in the middle of the evening. They came back and applied a more permanent patch as promised. Everything Costi says he’s going to do, he does. I just cannot say enough good things about Costi and Mass-Tech.

Aug 2023: Mass-Tech roofing helped me again. This time a raccoon dug through my roof. Costi showed up quickly and had his team fix the problem the same day. I very much appreciate their responsiveness to emergencies! 2019: They came within an hour of my call in a heavy rainstorm and fixed the hole in my roof that a raccoon decided to make. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.
