MassTech Roofing helped an area investor build this brand new home in Wellesley recently listed on the market.
The old home which was demolished
After the old home was demolished by the investor, MassTech was brought in to do all of the exterior work starting with framing the entire home.
During the framing
Following the plans from the investor’s architect, we installed Hardie board siding in a modern farmhouse style along with black Anderson windows.
For the roofing, we used investor-supply GAF shingles and installed aluminum, standing seam metal roofing accents along with black gutters. To complete the modern farmhouse look, we also installed PVC board and batten which is designed to last for decades to come with virtually no maintenance (just power washing).
