Norfolk County brings MassTech everything from dense residential streets in Quincy and Braintree to commercial and industrial buildings in Holbrook — and our project list here reflects that range. One of our signature Norfolk County jobs is a 21,000 square foot industrial rubber roof in Holbrook: a four-story building retrofitted with layered R38 and R14 insulation under a fully-adhered membrane, delivered in phases to fit the owner’s budget and backed by a 20-year warranty.

On the residential side, Norfolk County’s housing runs older and denser than the towns to its south. Quincy and Weymouth triple-deckers and two-families carry flat and shallow-pitch roofs that shingles were never meant for — we install EPDM and TPO membrane systems with proper tapered drainage. The county’s post-war neighborhoods in Braintree, Holbrook, and Randolph mostly need honest asphalt replacements done right: full tear-off, ice and water shield past code minimums, and ventilation corrected while the deck is open.

We’re 25 minutes up Route 3 from our Pembroke headquarters, licensed general contractors as well as roofers, and we handle permits in every Norfolk County town we work. Residential or commercial, browse the projects below, or jump to our local pages for Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, and Holbrook.
